Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks, or Money Orders. Please note that credit cards are not charged until your order is shipped. Orders that are paid for with a cashier's check or money will ship within 72 hours. Orders that are paid by personal check will ship when the check has cleared.

Shipping

All in-stock items will be shipped within (3) business days. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

Sorry but we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Listed below are the shipping charges for orders within the United States only.

Standard Delivery

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in seven (7) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States.

Express Shipping:$16.00

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Next Business Day Delivery: $22.00

Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed on weekdays after 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days. Next Business Day Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.

Return Policy

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase from us. Latino Gear, Inc. has a 60-day, 100% money back guarantee. During the 60 day guarantee period, we'll do whatever it takes to ensure you're happy with your purchase-from sending out a new size to promptly refunding your money. No questions asked.

If you decide you don't want the item you ordered, we'd be happy to help you through the return process. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number and then ship the item back. Please use the following steps to help us take care of you!

1. To receive your Return Authorization Number, please send an e-mail to returns@latinogear.com or give us a call at (866) 728-4327. Be prepared to tell us:
- Your order number
- Name of the item/quantity you would like to return

We will honor your return so long as the date of your e-mail or call is within the 60 days of the date of your purchase. Unless we sent the wrong merchandise, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

2. Upon receipt of your e-mail or speaking with you, we'll promptly give you a Return Authorization Number and the shipping address of our warehouse.

3. Be sure to put the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package you're sending back to us.

4. For your protection, chose a return shipping method that provides you with tracking information, and send us your return. When we've received your package, we'll credit your card for the full amount originally charged. That's all there is to it!

Sales Tax

If your order is shipping in the state of California, 8.25% sales tax will be added to the purchase price. If you're shipping anywhere outside of California, your order is tax-free.
